Referrals accepted only for individuals hospitalized at Trenton
Psychiatric Hospital or a community hospital short term care facility (STCF),
or referred by the Capital Health System Screening Center or GTBHC's
Crisis Diversion or Corrections Programs.
Intensive Outpatient Services provide a mix of skill building, therapy
groups, individual therapy, family therapy and psychoeducation, medication
management and case management. Consumers eligible for the IOP have a
serious and persistent mental illness, which may include a co-occurring
substance abuse disorder, and a functional impairment in at least two life
domains. They must also be willing to participate in developing a Wellness
Action Recovery Plan. Hours to be determined. |
