The Crisis Diversion Program provides intensive case management, mini-partial services, and respite housing for clients who might be hospitalized in the near future without this acute intervention. Ten clients receive intensive services for one month and follow-up services for an additional month. Clients who receive this service are jointly chosen by the Screening Center and Crisis Diversion Program.
